Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition received, with tags attached and in its original packaging, for sanitary reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@rekemash.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return and Refunds 

• Final Sale Items: All sales on these items are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
• Other Items: We offer refunds for eligible returns in the form of store credit or as a refund to the original payment account.

Exchanges & Store Credit 

We may not be able to offer direct exchanges. Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If your refund is not processed within 5 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

Exception for Klarna Purchases

All products purchased with Klarna are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
